Same thing in Multi Family.The best teams I've seen have an asset manager, acquisition manager, a numbers guy who has to love spreadsheets and documents, a PR/ Front Man who can host the webinars, events and education programs, a good funnels/ social media guy and a good office manager who can manage flow.Your acquisition process has to be flawless.

I’d start looking in New York and possibly Internationally such as Canada, Japan and China.Also, do your homework (although hopefully you did before purchasing) and compare how the club rates against non-community clubs for both golf and social.

Find a broker you might want for to work once you’re able and approach them from a helpful angle - maybe you can help them set up an open house, help staging before photos, composing mailing lists, social media marketing ... pretty much an intern.
