Would this just include all LLCs (since all LLCs are corporations), or do they specify an LLC with specific criteria since by corporation they mean non-LLC corporations?

@Joseph Henry So often I see replies of people answering the question of what they would do as compared to what you should do.

Tell him there is a termination fee, but you'll waive it if he shows a copy of the death certificate.That's what I would normally do, but it depends on how long he's been a tenant, how good he was, and other factors.

I've done it all... buying tenant occupied, doing BRRRR's, section 8, doing full gut renovations, etc.I also help clients do these things from out of state.I lived in Troy (just outside Detroit) from 2017-2022 but I'm back in California now.

They will have them delivered to the job-site by their supplier, not go to the store to pick them up.
