The open concept could be the difference between it selling at the price you need to make a profit, or not selling at all. 

And on top of that I could show land owners how they could sell their timber with NO tax... well Not no tax but we showed them how they could do a 1031 without selling the land.. that was popular for the more sophisticated land owner.. the old farmer.. the concept that you could log and pay no tax they just did not believe.. and of course their HR block person had no clue..  

Try this concept with the last room you've got as long as you've got the parking in two guys that are willing to share this is not a New Concept.Jon Denson

I have never heard of TIC but it's a really interesting concept and something I will definitely look into. 

Hello,I’ve been interested in the concept of private lending for awhile after reading the book called “bankers code”, so I understand the basic concept of it.

Our plan is to do what we did with our 6-plex that we bought in Florence where we bought it, For 315k, put about 40k into the rehab, and we increased rents From $550 to $799 and we increased the value to 725k within 6 months.I use a simpler approach when it comes to determining the rent that has worked really well for our properties.

People are also more comfortable with the concept of an Airbnb over Hotel because they're around less people.
