That computer does not know the size of rooms, layout, noise levels, condition of the yard, smells, paint colors, or the other 72 variables that impact a renter's decision-making process. 

I believe the building actually rose an inch!

The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination based on certain protected classes: color, disability, familial status, national origin, race, religion, sex. 

It's also designed to ward off people that rent sight unseen and then complain about wall color, size of rooms, etc.

If the only lock is the deadbolt this will reduce tenant lock out calls & lower your lock change cost at turnover.Remove ceiling fans & pull chains or anything else that tenants can hang from or pull on.When possible remove carpet & refinish the hardwoods or install vinyl flooring.Use one neutral color to paint the whole house.
