Lynn Henley Tax Deed Foreclosure on Common Area

In my research of county owned Tax Liens, I've found a couple that are for the common area of a sub-division (lake and park), and a townhouse community (street and parking lot).If I purchased the lien, and then ended up the the deed, could I say block access for the residents if they didn't pay me for my time, expense and some profit?

Since it's FMAC, you'll likely a deed restriction on resale for 90 days, so your best resale options are to purchase with a trust or business entity and sell/assign your interest in that trust or entity.

To get access to the capital, in the future (say after 6 months) you would be able to seek a refi to cash out some of the gain that is now tied up.

Our $99 bundle of internet, phone and tv quickly gets jacked up to $129 due to taxes and use fees, call waiting, caller id and a minor upgrade of the tv channels (if I hadn't upgraded my entire tv lineup would have consisted of local programming, public access and spanish channels).

And, they will both share a common entrance road off the main access road (casino will have other access, but this is the only neighborhood access -- there will be no pass-through traffic in the neighborhood).My thoughts are that it can be bad or good -- values could go up if the casino creates a commercial growth response and a developer wants the small neighborhood for a commercial project, golf course or something along those lines.

No, it won't be on there if you're the buyer (in CA, anyway).Of course, if you have MLS access, you can figure out how much your agent got (and typically you can assume the listing agent did not get more than this, if an REO or corporate flip usually significantly less).

OTH, if this birddog is working for you I'd suggest you put them inside an LLC on a restricted basis so they can be paid if the company buys or as a partner fee, that will make them a principal.

Some of my property's lines will separate allowing access to pouring solutions down but a couple don't seem to separate anywhere.
