I'm 21 and currently a senior in college, so I can't offer much advice but I'll be interested to see how you start investing and the advice you'll receive from others.

Hello Everyone,I just recently received my real estate license (finally) and  I've been looking for part-time real estate work with the intentions on going full-time in the Indianapolis area. 

I am not familiar with your area, but here we have EXCELLENT industrial base, and each town employess at least 500 at medical facilities.

Hi BP Pro's,Has anyone here used a reliable and not too expensive phone call, voicemail and tracking company or service to receive calls from prospects, customers and your marketing?  

I have evicted tenants from both and I have excellent tenants in both.

I have an excellent group of friends up here and often come across some great deals.

An excellent salesmen, encouraging people to just "dive in there, become a real estate investor." 

My credit is excellent and because I’m self so employed I have some extra liberties when it comes to my income.
