A few exist in Takoma Park (Rent control in the city limits).To put it in perspective...2 units, Howard, Montgomery and Anne Arundel Counties had 5 sales in the past 365. 2 in Annapolis, 1 in Elkridge, one in TP and on in SS.Multifamily 2-4 unit properties are incredibly rare throughout the entire region.
