My Property manager and one of my tenant had some sour relationship and the tenant complained Dept of public work now I got notice from them See attached imageNow my question is How can I do self evaluation on  my own to counter their charges.If these charges are valid, can I give 30 day notice to tenant to move out (Tenant is on month to month lease) so I can fix the issue, this tenant has also complained few times in past too.Any do and don't in such case

If its a sheriffs sale property going up for public auction at the county courthouse then you will need to do a lot of research and I wouldnt suggest that route until you are well informed and prepared. 

In my city, we are allowed to trim any branches intruding on our space.

(Though, I’d be curious to know how you later learned about the fraud cases - perhaps you should not explain publicly.)

Ya I was going to say this is right up there with tax evation and other ways to screw the govmit.. dont' get caught no big deal get caught and you will probably wish you had not.. plus its just not fair to the investing public..
