here is my 2 cents worth of air.

For me, I'd hold off until the thing goes and/or the tenants complain it's too hot in the house (due to central air not functioning to optimal levels).

I am applying to be an air traffic controller in the Washington state area and also joined the Air National Guard.

I am now minus one air conditioner and two laptop computers, as well as all my personal items.The landlord says this was a miscommunication with one of the contractors bonded to them to do apartment clean-outs, and that they won't be compensating me for the lost goods including several hundred dollars of computer stuff that's now ruined from being thrown out of a third-story window in a garbage.They also claim that the missing stuff must have been stolen by a vandal (who must have locked the door behind him on his way out!?!?)

A few years back I heard about someone that had leased "air space".

I should have been a little more specific on these 'renovations', the units on bottom half of the building were renovated with new wood flooring and central air was added.

When the house sets on the MLS for a long time it gets an air of being "damaged goods".

Everyone shows up at the same time and an air of competition is created, I usually walk away with 3-7 app's and background fees ready to run my background checks.
