Has anyone had an experience of not having a vehicle while being an Real estate agent, if so how was that experience starting out?

To my knowledge, FHA loans and other vehicles like that are only available to individual borrowers.

I put in my lease that boats, trailers, RV's etc. may not be parked on the premises for more than 4 days per month.Can I legally have the vehicle towed at the owner's expense?

I believe your calculation assumes that the saving from not occupying the house for 4 days of a month varies from month to month.But to be even more precise, 2020 is a leap year🙂, and the rent per day should be ($3000x12)/366 = $98.36/day.
