Development can absolutely provide great returns.

Tenants were great, paid the year in advance, clean, nice.

I connected with a developer based in Wilmington who is taking a property through entitlements and was looking for some bridge equity while the permitting was completed.

I want it to be nice, but i'm not flipping a high end home.This is an actual scope of work.

To give more background info, this house is a 3-4 bedroom house with 2.5 baths, 2700 sq ft in a nice rural neighborhood with fenced in yard.

Their website says they can have a home ready for a developer in 4 months once up and running next year. 

Start the termination process immediately.It's nice if she responds in writing (email or text is fine) but you shouldn't need it. 

They will be building a development across the street and they are required to add turn lanes due to the size.
