If they move their HQs en masse to Florida, Austin, TX, etc. then New York will be in for a world of hurt.

That doesn’t mean I want socialism, I just find this to be a very unfortunate trend for the masses who are working very hard.

Across the country there is a veritable army of companies who pivoted on a dime, re-tooled, invented, and now are in the throws of mass production and mass hiring for there now business of various PPE production.

The problem here is that the federal government seems unwilling to provide testing for everyone and epidemiologists, business executives, and government officials alike all agree that mass testing is a requisite for return to somewhat normal activity. 

Only problem is up to 15 numbers can come up for single person, so that's a bit of a challenge for mass marketing by phone.

That risk muscle is something that has to be built.  

@Matt Higgins calm down it is a mouse, not a mass murderer, you have done more than enough just give it time, the mouse may have left or eaten some of the poison and died somewhere you'll never find it, or it was eaten by an owl, or cat or whatever.

Mass texting is about to get undercut in the on-market real estate industry.

I did send a mass text reminding all my tenants when rent was due, because the law students were so exhausted, they'd just forget to hand me the check that was sitting on their desk.  

Cheaper to not collect for a year, rather than take back mass  properties.
