Really excited to get into REI, however the one question we can't seem to answer for ourselves is this..Do we pay off current debt first (credit card, vehicles, student loan etc) or do we keep paying our bills and save the extra money we have for a down payment and pay off debt with our generated passive income?

Disposals sit with stagnant foul water in them unless the electric motor is run very often; bewilders me how common they remain despite weekly garbage collection well as consumers now composting amidst climate & pollution woes.Mwave + hood combos aren't modern-looking as today's exposed range vents but save such a huge counter footprint so its a no-brainer to keep them off such valuable workspace when tight.

Jocko and Leif say when things go sideways you can say it was because they got in an ambush or they were outnumbered, or they had a vehicle break down or a because a team leader under them did not handle the situation well, so its his fault etc - but in reality, they have learned it was always their responsibility.
