That dollars aren't the best thing to measure value with.

I would guess if we didn't use dollars to measure economic growth but had a way to measure real production and consumption it would be much different story.  

Or at least in some kind of formation.If the IRS broke their rules or procedures along the way, and it does happen, you can request assistance from the Taxpayer Advocate Office - a semi-independent department of the IRS that is somewhat similar to customer service.And, if less drastic measures fail but you feel strongly about your case, you can take the IRS to court.

In a measured and controlled way, this could bring back some stability in a heated market.

@Jim Piety I'd get your contractor to camera that line again, measure the distance and dig it up see if theirs a break in the pipe.
