Does Central Ma have a decent market to start looking for deal for BRRRR?

All things equal, it seems this should perform better since it has the extra bedroom and it's only a couple blocks away from Main St.What do you think about the STR and MTR market in downtown Littleton compared to other submarkets in Denver metro?

If you look at Orlando, 365 market for the most part but it is one of the toughest markets to succeed in.

May I ask which market are you based out of?

For a 40 unit in my market, you likely need $100,000 to $200,000 of available money to get started.  

Seems like it will be a lot of effort on my end, which was not what they marketed and I was hoping for.How did you get them to give you the first two months for free?
