Flea market flipping - my long time girlfriend has a fine arts degree - so she can refinish furniture in her sleep.

It almost seems like it's a wanna be progressive city, but can't quite reconcile it's conservative roots with liberal ideology.  

I don't think the're ugly it's actually a work of art, I like the way it is I mean the built and everything...

For physicians especially, your passion (demonstrated by the incredible drive shown to get the license) lies in the healing arts. 

Property was a 55+ condo with liberal rental restrictions.

Without wrapping your head around an entire project and understanding its risks and yellow flags that $250k 75% complete renovation might become an albatross rather than the liberator your expect it to be.Many folks 'dream' about real estate because it seems so easy looking in on.

It's 2/2 and 1100SF near Bishop Arts (it's new construx, 2 years old). 

More of an art than science.
