I passed the WI state sales licensing exam this morning and have submitted my application to the state this afternoon.

Good Afternoon BP.I am a new investor from Hillsboro OR and believe to have found a potential first buy and hold rental property. 

in addition to my statement, I had a conversation with a wa state lawyer who told me that I should send the letter, I wasn't able to get one together and verified by him till Friday after noon.

So far we know one of our rental properties flooded and we have 3-4 more that will most likely flood this afternoon when they open additional dams to let water levels go down in the reservoirs.

I  put a rental ad on Craigslist about a week in advance, scheduled an open house and drove there and showed to a bunch of people one afternoon and took application. 

The afternoon that the deal closed, we began posting notices on doors...39 apartments.

Since on the phone earlier, he made it sound like he wanted to make a decision that afternoon, it left little to no time to go over and see the property..I don't know.

I'm available on Tuesday and Thursday starting in the afternoon.
