What is cheapest, fastest state with best laws to incorporate, and what type for one person?

When you start moving 10 or more a month then incorporate yourself and move forward with that.Also, why are you buying current years?

I'm interested in subleasing to these type of individuals. How do I go about finding services that will lease these properties from me? I heard that there are a lot of people out there looking for these type of houses.
