You may not yet see the value and importance  in the advice I will give you ow.. but.. the best thing to do right now.. is get a killer domain name and set up a website targeting motivated sellers.

I find that most folks who put an action plan together, neglect to dig deep enough to discover and articulate their why which is probably the most important component of all this planning. 

More importantly, I was able to rent out my home during my time away.
