Now, this may have changed in the past couple years so YMMV.I thought I could take a small ugly mobile home park and setup nice, cool, super energy efficient tiny homes on those lots.

I am looking at doing a C4D on my personal mobile home. 

Everything can be done via email and a mobile notary so you don't have to travel to get your deals done. 

We are wanting to scale our business and multi-family and/or mobile home parks is the best way to maximize our efforts.

We have developed a small team of investors and we are buying mobile home parks.

If I were to try to get into flipping mobile homes would be a good decision ?

Hey Jeff, I am mobile and haven't had time to read through all the posts so excuse me if that has already been stated. 

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

I have a client looking in the area but we are not finding much except mobile homes and that is not what we are looking for.
