I could move there tomorrow and buy 5,000 houses if I wanted to.. but I don't want to.. other areas I like better and I would not enjoy the winter months at all.I really liked being there in the summer though down by the lake and if I lived there I would have a nice boat and live in one of those mansions in Grosse Point.. any city is great to live in if you have enough means.. the other thing from a business man perspective is I loved staying at the hotel at the airport and walking through their security line.. most convientant.

A decent company will charge $9000-$10,000.Now I have a great handyman, general contractor, jack of all trades who has his own crew and I think he could play the role of property manager from the maintenance perspective, etc.
