We really love the cottage and it is in a great location, but I am nervous with current events around coronavirus. 

My current financial situation:a) I have $16k in accessible savings that was meant to be my cushion for this property in the event that I had to hold it for a while vacant, (still is).b) I work in the architecture field, which is dependent on a decent economy to get new work.

Not this time LOL. 18 months ago I re wrote my presentation I do at RIA's and events like the J martin even etc.

I haven't been to a networking event in a decade, but have a much stronger network today than I did back when I was active in many groups.

As a broker, I've had three different client reactions to recent events:  1) Cancel and Run!

We are standing on the edge of a financial event like no other we've seen. 

We needed an event to flush the market out and we got it.

This begs my next question, do you get weigh in from your investors on something like this, since it's a capital event? 

I have reached out the the Secretary of Commerce to inquire if property owners will be given similar protections to enable us to catch up or in the event of a foreclosure to ensure a change of ownership will not affect our residents.
