How can I break through this ongoing approach of trying to get me to out-bid myself?

So a friend mine was approached to sell his auto body business along with the property and building.

I was approached by Catholic Services.

I am very open , approachable and I LOVE TO LEARN NEW THINGS!!!

I am in need of some quick advice on the best way to approach this to protect both parties.

Obviously, they could say no.What I like to do, is after making payments to the seller for 6-24 months, approach them and ask if they would be willing to discount my loan balance if I pay them off early.

That could be another approach.
