Hey All,Over the last few years I’ve decided to change my entire investment strategy from accumulation to cash flow.

Totally understand it depends on what kind of investment strategy you want to use, but I feel main concepts still apply ( maybe I am wrong!).

Lot of good strategies with a heloc but I prefer to lock in the costs with a fixed rate loan and know what I m going to be paying.

What is the exit strategy?

A rent by the room or roommate strategy is great for expensive markets, making it more of an equity and cost reduction play for the long term.
