It is just for heat and cooking.

I could potentially build 5-6 rooms and least it out to a Senior care facility management company for a long term contract.

Tenants have complained that it is hard to learn to cook on them. 

I love to cook. 

If they base an opinion on facts and reasoned analysis and disclose that it is only an opinion, it's both ethical and legal; and in a way required, as realtors are supposed to be well-versed in market conditions as a part of the service they offer.If a realtor cooks up half-baked theories based on a hunch and presents them as fact, there's good news and bad news. 

Brand new facility right down the street, and financed (in part) by my tax dollars...and their monthly rate was 1/2/ of mine.....Y'all can guess the rest of that story.....

Primarily Central Florida, existing or development with 16 years experience.I always thought of Self Storage as a way out of 8 to 5; but never thought of a worker or manager at a self storage facility being 8 to 5. 

In the past month, I have managed to identify, analyze, lock up and get under contact a small value add “off market” self storage facility here in my local market (Central Florida).

If it were mine I'd have the stainless scrubbed and polished, and the stone cleaned and keep it as is and see if it will bring market rents.Those look like higher end cabinets and counter tops.If it wouldn't being market rent, I'd try a cosmetic quick fix and market it as a cooks kitchen or something like that.If it still was not bringing in the dollars I'd put a proper lower end rental kitchen in there, but why pay if you don't have to.It's not a prime kitchen, but as is (but cleaned) in a lower end neighborhood it might rent and they might see it as a luxury setup (maybe ???).

It does not seem that medical facilities are being slammed.
