Make sure your lender is in full contact with a CA lending lawyer to understand what he or she is signing up for.

Its probably because they don't want you contacting the applicant to cut them out of the deal.

Just browse this forum, see who answers questions and how, and contact those people who you want to work with.

You should have the cell phone of anyone you deal with regularly and they should have alternate points of contact if there's a conflict that keeps them from handling your file personally. 

This is such a great community and there's a ton of info and great resources here.

The property is for one week in the market with 3 applicants and 8 contacts, couple tours from Zillow but they do not meet the standards, or the applicants applied but did not respond after that, ghosting.

For example, if they change jobs put the new employer info in your file.
