It shows that you know there is an issue with that area of what is being done, as if you know you're doing something that is off track and that all you're doing is seeking to avoid responsibility for doing so, as if "I told you that could happen" and then using it as a defense if something goes wrong.I suggest you give only those disclosures required by law, or custom and do your transaction as any other deal is accomplished.
