There are a lot of good ideas floating around here.The deal is it's beginning to get to complicated for what it is.

When it comes to marketing, in my field and occupation I have meet, know, meet with, work with, and around the biggest and best persons and entities, and over and over again when it comes upon the marketing subject it is almost like a complication competition, each racing the other to the most structured, sazy, new fandangled idea that is a "sure hit".

You may find that you no longer have copper pipes and wires, this will complicate matters a bit. i have had this happen several times, it helps to know this before you bid on the property.

In other words, how long do we have before things get complicated and/or legal fees start occuring, and a lawyer needs to be involved?

if you can one site with different categories and not too complicated that will do best. drive traffic as much as you canand work on converting . many people have lots of sites, lots of traffic but very little conversion, besides the fact you want to be on the net you want to earn money from your business, so you could have 1,000,000 hits and 3 sales.

If you want to spend money without spending money, you will have to look into leveraging and at that point your plan becomes more complicated, but possibly larger albeit with more risk.

Sorry, another issue;Death and or incapacitation can be a problem if the note is held individually, it can complicate the delivery of the deed upon full payment or adminstration of the note.

Simply have adequate liability insurance ($1m is more than adequate) and I can promise you that some schlock lawyer will only complicate matters.
