Also, in regards to the above comment of 'like kind to like kind' as far as the 'repayment' goes....I assume that would also apply to ROTH 401K to ROTH IRA would meet that standard?

The reason I felt like I this was a good choice for me (You can comment or direct message me if you think I am wrong or have other ideas for me) was because my down payment was even less expensive that purchasing a house that would need help and the rehab on it.

So I’ve never done this before, I am extremely worried I won’t be able to find anyone to purchase the property, the property itself is cheap, and the building itself doesn’t need much repairs and when repaired can be 3x it’s worth, I don’t know if I should flip or whole sale, I understand I’m being vague and can clarify in any comments I just would love to get everyone’s input, Thanks!!!
