I love using zillow, trulia and rent-o-meter to get averages for my area so I can see what actual market rents are and then use that to determine a strategy.I have found 3-5% yearly increases seem easier to manage for folks.

when a real estate license has been suspended for failure to maintain the required E & O insurance how long does the licensee have to comply with the requirement before the commission would charge a penalty fee to reinstate the license?

However, the cost for me to sell the furniture at fire sale rates, plus lost income during this phase (plus had to turn away and refund a corporate rental for a month), plus the losses incurred as a result of having to accept a lower income model is significant.Had they properly represented the association and conveyed the rules appropriately, I never would have bought the condo.I assume the property management company has E&O insurance, but I don't really know.What is my recourse?
