I will absorb all this information and try to filter out some of the markets I have been studying.

Sounds like it is still sit back and wait for this technology to improve.The basic question about well or city water was for those who might know because of the filtering process used by city water companies there is very little sediment that can get into the water lines, but this is not the case in individual wells.

I'm afraid you will need to budget hotel rooms for stuck garbage disposals, toilet flappers, dirty hvac filters, drippy faucets, electrical outages and clogged dryer vents.  

@Esta Ryder said it very well.Another strategy I like to use when finding a great contractor is to filter to sold homes on Zillow, look at some rehabbed homes that have sold, and pick a few that look really good, reach out to the owner or agent and ask for the contractors info! 

Just choose your filters and create the alert.

On leasing, there is layers to the marketing, if done correctly, because your doing pre-filtering throughout the steps of it, so it's many phases of different marketing actions.
