LouisI'll play with fire here a bit and also say the markets I have no intention of touching this year, just because they are often suggested as good places to invest and I just don't agree (right this second at least) so thought they'd be worth mentioning-Vegas- prices too high, renter and economic dynamicsMemphis- higher cash flow elsewhere, have never liked the market dynamicsDallas- prices too high, boom already happened, returns squeezedCleveland- not sold that it's a growth market yetPhoenix- prices too high, minimal returnsHope that helps!

Oh and yes, Tampa and its surrounding areas are booming right now, which is why i'm taking action!

Decent enough airport and short enough drive from Portland and Eugene that there is a booming tourist economy.  

All the big names have plans for student debt, even some republicans (Georiga) think we should remove all or most of the debt.It would be the biggest housing boom we've ever seen probably. 

Mexico wants as many tourists as possible and there has been a tourism boom for years now.
