Another great thing about Cleveland Hts is that we are close to JCU & CWRU - I attended JCU and rented a house with 3 other girls, each of us had to pay $500/month so thats $2000/month just for that landlord and its a crappy house!

Aside from the REI talk, the icing on the cake was we both had our firstborn children three weeks apart this past August (both girls) so there will be some playdates in the future.:)With all that said, I can't stress enough how incredibly beneficial it can be to come from behind your keyboard and get out and meet people.

House is from 1950s with black and white checker board tiles. its 2 bathrooms. 

There's two reasons I do it this way - firstly to keep the cash flow in the black, and also because I'm cautious of leverage and I don't think it's a good idea to leverage too much in this high market.

Otherwise you would have nut jobs saying stupid stuff like "no blacks" and it would be legal.Of course you can do what you want within the law, but I am not sure discriminating against men will make her and her family any safer.
