Hi William,The house we're in has an unfinished basement that we'd like add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to.  

I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, 1350 sq ft.  

So essentially you can rent it for 2+ years and then sell with no tax on cap gain.

Certainly the funds are not available for other investments but also they are of course not actually spent either.I have essentially the same question about my due diligence costs.  

@James R.As I already stated I'll make these minor repairs for a tenant who is essentially problem free.  

She told me that they have access to numerous private lenders and essentially act as a PL and HML broker.  

Most are just baseless claims like my kid has asthma because of mildew in the bathroom that I haven't cleaned since I moved in.
