It is not good business to pull income from one revenue source to cover a bad deal in another.Perhaps you need to do a better job analyzing the deals completely prior to purchasing the property.

Thats not a huge number but its something I could definitely work with assuming something doesn't go wrong like bad roof or plumbing (which owners says is in good condition).

I have been told over and over that physicians are notoriously bad with money and before I start investing I want to pull myself out of the "bad" category and at least into the "mediocre" category or better.
