They are a couple of streets apart, but there is a ton of active listings on Apple Blossom, all by out of state investors, presumably looking to get out.  

I specifically focus on retail these days but in the past did larger apartment buildings but they are cap rate compressed now for the most part.To find a broker or agent you need to define what it is you are trying to do.My clients minimum purchase 1 million or higher in price.

I'm a fan of renting to pets in houses and duplexes, and perhaps cats if it's an apartment with no common area (with a limit of one).

I have access to a rather large sum of money in my 401(k), I have a conventional mortgage available to me up to $150k (at least that is what my broker told me on a 5 minute phone call), and I have contacted a hard money lender for more info (still waiting to hear back).

Deep in my gut i feel that there is another reason why she is in such a hurry, a part of me felt that she was wanted, or maybe someone is looking for her because she seem to be very paranoid.
