You have insurance but you can add an umbrella insurance policy if you are worried.Make sure you have the correct STR insurance which is not an owner or landlord policy.The house is paid for - yes put it in an LLC.

If your looking for more protection then just get an umbrella insurance policy, this will add even more coverage for your protection which is what people are thinking when going the LLC route.

I do think you would be okay with not getting an LLC and just getting a solid umbrella insurance policy, but I'd definitely consult with an attorney
