I think it would be difficult to do that since the city requires the person putting in a offer to purchase must have financial proof of purchase and rehab funds and Schenectady city is weird with lots of rules and regulations but maybe someone knows better than me that can help and confirm..GL

I do not invest in townhomes or condos as the HOA dues cut into your cash flow, you have to deal with the rules and regulations, get permission from the arch committee to do anything, and in down markets, they lose the most the quickest.
