It is now ready and is now my new apartment here in Saint-Gilles, Brussels.I am actually doing something similaras you and buy property to renovate and rent out so adding value with renovation, permits to divide and build more and rent.Haven't done a pure flip yet as this isn't really interesting in Belgium unfortunately :-( Too high taxes and fees etc etc.

I would like some thoughts around successful transition plans some of you have tried to increase rent, move some tenants out and transition utilities back to all tenants (water is currently paid by the owner).
