What software do you use to keep track?

I would do a little research as a large number of them are just venues for guru's and pitchmen to sell their class, software, or mentor-ship, all of which is probably unnecessary for you to get.

My wife and I are from Western Ohio, but we are currently located in Auckland, New Zealand for my job (Software Engineer).My wife and I have had one adventure in real estate, where we purchased our first house out of college for $46k, rehabbed it over 5 years, and then sold it for $180k, profiting approximately $60k.

Typically you would use CRM software(web-based nowadays), youtube is full of videos with examples of how some people use and customize the software.

I'm not sure if this is the one I was thinking of, but I swear there's a software I came across long time ago as alternative to sub metering.

Did you use any specicif software to help calculate this?

I promised that I would share my experience so hopefully others can avoid the same problems I had.They promised that the software would simplify our business practices and help us to run our business.
