I send my Tenant an itemized list of charges as required by law.

There's lot of land listed online same as homes as well.

All of the listings are the same, fake.Go to local meetups without an ask.

I think the rule was more meant for manufacturing/machine shops given a few of the examples in the regulation.

Search Airbnb for listings around you or the market you are interested in to see your competition and what they are doing. 

This is something I've observed and has become increasingly common practice with a laundry list of educators out there teaching others how to be GP's.
