What's up BP, I've been talking with a property owner that may be open to doing a master lease with option to buy because I currently do not have the cash needed for traditional financing and he is looking to unload some properties due to an illness.

I was reading up on loans as ill have to finance some of it. would an ARM be the best option, if you know you wont be there when the original APR changes?

If its a home that I believe is way below market value and in terrible condition ill send out letters every 2 weeks.

Ill only call myself and investor if i get my refinance out in a year from the BRRRR strategy.

When my wife allows me to sell our home, Ill start off with Make Me Move to avoid paying traditional agent brokerage fees.
