Student housing is very limited.  

Good Morning Everyone,My daughter is a student-athlete at UAH, she is a Sophomore, and I am considering purchasing a home near the campus and use it as a rental for her and 2 of her roommates. 

I'm 23 years Young, a Mother, a Wife and a Business Student.

Most 2 year schools are well funded and will work with you to help avoid taking out student loans.

City knew that and didn't require Sec 8, but they could have if they had doubts of landlord compliance.Studios are great for college students!!!!

Sold my client one in complex first and rented their 1BR  for $1,295.00 to a grad student from local college.

In the beginning stages of raising funds for a student housing development project, but am curious to know what are the different methods investors are paid.

I also had lines of credit and some student loans, but no car loans.I chipped away at them one at a time, lowest $ amount to highest, and snowballed the payment into the next one.  

There is a large student population for SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design).
