Too many sexual / nudity / excretory hang ups.When I visited Europe back in the late 1980's, it was explained to me by the tour guide that if you ask for a "bathroom" over there, you will be shown a place to bathe.

Others want it daily.You can ask for daily or weekly reporting (# calls, #tours, traffic at open houses, tour feedback, internet ad views, etc.)

I have toured the unit and am comfortable with overall structure.

I recently met with him and toured the hotel they are renovating and talked about possible future partnership for investing.

Therefore, I want to tour this listing although, in reality, I'm a year away from buying anything. 

I suggest you take the weekend and tour a few rentals in Streamwood to see the condition and locations.
