I have a choice: pay the US consulate $50 *per notarial seal* or take a $100 per diem fine to delay closing 8 days to when I will return home.Since this property will have a mortgage, I'm trying to recall how many notarial seals I will need.

J Scott & Brian BurkeWhen I recently wrote my 342 page real estate book, I pretty much followed the same steps as J Scott, except that I inserted two editors as well as ISBN (international registry of books), copyright and Library of Congress into the mix.It took a lot longer than I ever imagined and much longer than most people would ever imagine.I did write a second unpublished book on tax sales, but its no where near being ready to publish.
