So what I did recently was to start introducing myself and giving a description of what I do in my different social and professional groups.

Federal taxes, state taxes, local taxes, medicare, and social security can chew up almost 50% of your taxable income.

I have a technical and marketing background and being a marketing manager has allowed me to manage email campaigns, newsletter campaigns, as well as all social media content and presence for the last 2 years at my company.

I find lake forest to be the perfect compromise relative to location, amenities, etc. most of our social life is in Irvine too, so just off Alton or Bake will keep us close to “comfort” yet allow us to own, not “kill” the bank and hopefully, grow some leveraged equity in our home. 

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------The thing to pay attention to, with this COVID-19 virus plague of 2020, going into 2021, is that this virus has the U.S. social order, on the edge of break-down, in any given month, as its severity increases, then rioting-looting increases.

When you put anything out in any social media it may not be 100 percent of what you may want to hear every time.

Mainly just wanted to be able to post listing on social media and offer an incentive to share or promote.
