That’s super helpful.my back up plans to that idea were to either.A. 1031 it into a new build with far less maintenance costs for another 3-5 years before recycling that same concept. 

This approach allows for more flexibility in managing tenant relationships.

Some features include: list building, a CRM, marketing, task management, and much more. 

Look at the coils and see if there is build up.

The cost of the failed eviction, tenant relationship issues, and subsequent need to hire a competent PM to do the work the old PM was unable to do.
