The con is that you don't get the face to face interaction.

I usually try to limit my interaction with government employees, but the office was very helpful! 

In multis, assume the seller and the Realtor are lying (okay, making huge mistakes).You are assuming you can manage and be compliant with a ton of regulations, social interactions, collection requirements and maintenance issues beyond the scope of a SFD/house.

Their interactive map search will allow for a defined region to be added with a selection down to an individual street if necessary.

I know everyone wants to go online and do everything without personal interaction, but real estate is not one of those things.

I think the strength of BP is the interaction and clarification possibilities offered here, but we're also talking high dollar ads for deals on the internet- risky.Mark

Don't ask me why but, the thought of utilizing company I don't know to oversee my rentals and delegate maintenance requirements, lessee interactions, etc. has me concerned.
