He if comes up with a lot of questions reading these books then you know he understands them because the questions he will ask wont be from not being able to grasp the concept it will be him wanting to dig deeper and learn more and that is the exact purpose of those books. 

Further, gold has hit multiple all time highs and continues to be more prone to a pull back than continued appreciation in the short term.I wont contest is value to diversify and hedge inflation, but it is not a great alternative for cash reserves in my opinion.

Here's how I see this playing out, hot spot states will become places no one wants to go and they will suffer greater economic impact than states with stricter rules and opening processes. 

It probably wont but even if they cut out after 2 years I feel they have been there a good while.

The top agents probably wont have a lot of time for education, but you can get a feel for who is a full time agent.
