I'm Currently Active duty Navy in the Hampton Roads area ....I'm fresh in the world of investing but I've always wanted this since I was 17 years old and the Carlton Sheets era was bombing lol but money wasn't the motive I've worked house and help my dad around the house and that feeling of ownership and knowing that taking an eye sore and making it your vision is one of the besting feeling ever.

I am active duty myself and would say that although I wouldn't recommend that you try to do all of that while being active duty, I would say with the Guard it is very possible.
